Tom & Chris Head to the NEC for the 2025 Commercial Vehicle Show

Tom and Chris took a trip up to Birmingham for this year’s Commercial Vehicle Show at the NEC—and it didn’t disappoint. 

From the latest van tech to a good old catch-up with some familiar faces in the industry, the show was a great chance to see what’s happening across the commercial vehicle world in 2025.

Building and Strengthening Industry Connections

Events like this are great for catching up with familiar faces—and meeting a few new ones, too. 

We had some great conversations with the team at VRS, a long-standing connection of ours, and also got the chance to build new relationships with people from Alphabet and Mobilize. It’s always helpful to hear what finance providers and manufacturers are working on—it means we’re better equipped to support our customers with practical, up-to-date advice.

What Caught Our Eye

There was no shortage of innovation on display—from electric vans and future-focused fleet tech, to clever storage setups that could really help our trades customers stay organised on the go. 

Tom and Chris had a good look around and came back with plenty of ideas. Some of what we saw could be a game-changer for customers running busy trades businesses who need their vans to work as hard as they do.
