We understand that buying a van needs to be as seamless as we can make it so below are a range of frequently asked questions that we see. When applying for finance we will ask you a number of different questions about you and your business which you will need to answer to the best of your knowledge. It will then be down to the finance company to decide whether you are eligible for finance or not. 2. Do you provide finance for people with a bad credit score? We have excellent relationships with a large number of finance companies across the UK which allows us to offer finance to individuals with poor credit or newly incorporated companies. We will normally ask for three months’ bank statements and a guarantee from the director of the business. 3. What finance packages do you offer? You can buy a new van on finance lease, contract hire, cash or hire purchase all under one roof. The short answer is no, even though most commercial vehicles are bought through a company we still offer finance to private buyers so feel free to call us for a personalised quote. 5. How long does a contract last? Our finance packages can last between 24 and 60 months. 6. Do you offer short term lease? This is something that we can offer however we would love to talk to you about the numerous options which could be financially beneficial to you. 7. What vans do you sell? We sell every make and every model of van. Even if we don’t advertise it on our website, we are still able to get our hands on them in most cases. Yes, it doesn’t matter if you drive a Vauxhall Movano Dropside or a Renault Clio, we will take it off you so you can use the equity that you may have as a deposit for your next vehicle. Sometimes you may get more money for it if you sell privately but we can guide you with this. 9. Can you fit a tow bar before I take delivery? Yes, we can arrange this with our vehicle suppliers however we do ask that you tell us early on in the process so we can make arrangements. Tow bars can only be fitted to certain vehicles and by requesting one to be fitted you acknowledge that the warranty may be void. Please check with us so we can advise you. You will need to arrange removal of any modifications without damage at the end of the agreement. 10. Does my new van include ply lining? All of our new vans are fitted with ply lining and we include it in the price when we quote you so you don’t need to worry about remembering to ask about it. 11. Can I apply vehicle decals to my van? Yes you can, but we do ask that you remove them without causing damage to the vehicle at the end of the contract. 12. How do your adverts work? Our adverts are real quotes, not like the figures advertised on other websites. All of the figures are +VAT unless stated otherwise. 13. Do you offer insurance? We do not offer any form of vehicle insurance. It is your sole responsibility to insure your vehicle for the full length of keeping it. 14. Is maintenance included in my agreement? These are not included as standard however you can have this added and included in your monthly payments. For further details please speak to a member of our team and we can tell you about everything that is included. 15. What happens if I have a fault with my van? If something does go wrong with your new van then you need to speak to our nearest main dealer who will be able to solve any issues. We do not provide any after sales support and do not have the ability to carry out work. 16. How long does it take to buy a new van? We can pick and choose from stocklists from across the country which means we can offer our customer delivery within 14 working days from the point of order. This will all depend on how quickly you can return the paperwork and any relevant documentation. 17. Why are your prices cheaper than main dealers? We have strong relationships with the manufacturer and we have extra discounts given to us because of the amount of vans that we sell. We then pass this discount on to our customers to provide them with huge savings. It really is that simple. 18. Can I end my contract early? Yes, we will normally contact you after about 18 months to 2 years to discuss your options with you and to determine if you are likely to be in positive equity. If this is the case then we can begin quoting you on a new van.
